Founder, Creative Producer
Heather Dellapi has been in show business all her life, starting in the artistic theater before making a leap into the corporate theater world in 1998. With a background that spans scenic design, audiovisual, creative development, strategy, and production, Heather has truly done it all. Her experience includes roles in sales, creative direction, and production with renowned companies like PSAV and Black Sheep Productions.
Heather's expertise isn't limited to the professional realm. She's also a dedicated yogi, both as a teacher and a student. In her free time, she enjoys being Augie's wife, Jude's mom and diving deeper into her yoga practice. Heather’s passion for creativity and connection is the heartbeat of RedHawt Creative, driving the company to deliver exceptional, unforgettable events.
Tommy Housworth
Creative Director and Script Writer
Tommy has had the unique privilege of bringing his creative experiences to the corporate world, providing writing services, scripting, and even live theater to businesses across the U.S. He is always grateful to offer writing services and creative consulting to clients that are eager to connect with their audiences in a way that will leave a lasting and powerful impression.
Specialties: corporate scriptwriting, awards shows, video scripts, copywriting, speechwriting, proposals & white papers, creative direction, creative brainstorming. Tommy is also a certified meditation teacher, barefoot runner, and published author.
Melissa Alonso
Associate Producer
With a career spanning over 20 years, Melissa has made waves in the production world. She kicked off her journey in broadcast TV, rocking staff roles at "America's Most Wanted" and MTV/VH1. Her passion then steered her toward live events, where she's tackled everything from blockbuster pharmaceutical product launches to massive tech conferences and electrifying gaming tournaments.
Above all, Melissa is known for her unwavering commitment to excellence, regardless of the scope, budget, or venue.
Melissa thrives on action and efficiency, whether she's producing breakout sessions or managing a buzzing backstage. She currently resides in LA with her two beloved mutts, enjoying beachside bike rides, devouring autobiographies, and talking endlessly about learning to crochet (though she’s yet to start).

Steve Kitzman
Motion Graphics and Video Producer
Steve is a visual storyteller across many mediums with a passion for creating high quality content. As an experiential marketer and communications profesional, he is well-versed in multiple media disciplines such as digital, social, print and broadcast as well as dynamic in-person gatherings, immersive events, conferences and trade shows. His experience and skill allows him to craft the perfect solution for any client.
He resides in Colorado with his wife, Wendi and their five children. He’s a gear head and loves cars, especially working on them with his sons.

He's a maestro at shooting, editing, and motion graphics, bringing even the most complex concepts to life on screen with ease. His extensive experience and hands-on approach make him a natural leader in the field. Whether it's a high-energy commercial or a corporate video masterpiece, Kevin's work leaves a lasting impact.
Sonya Costello
Production Coordinator
Sonya loves supporting women creatives, and believes that everyone has unique gifts and a message to share. She is entrepreneurially minded and keeps projects organized, creates systems, and amplifies every brand voice through social media and email campaigns.
Behind the scenes, she's the traffic coordinator making sure all the moving parts are managed, organized, and executed.
She is deeply passionate about events as well as teaching yoga, which enriches her ability to work with clients and allows her to see the big picture with curiosity and patience. Sonya's yoga practice infuses her work with creativity and intuition, ensuring that projects are completed thoughtfully rather than just checking off a to-do list.

RedHawt Creative started with Heather Dellapi, a seasoned pro from some of the biggest agencies and production staging giants. She saw a gap for a more personalized, straightforward and creative approach, then decided to fill it. So, in 2016, she took the plunge and founded RedHawt Creative.
Heather's vision was simple: deliver top-notch, customized event solutions. With a killer team and a network of experts, RedHawt quickly became known for turning original ideas into unforgettable experiences. Our growth? It's been all about word-of-mouth. Clients love us, and they can’t keep it a secret.
