I met Heather when we were both working for different companies. She has been producing my general sessions for nearly 20 years. We give her and the team the main objective for the meeting, and then they run with it. This last project, they blew us all away with a conference theme that we can use indefinitely, a scenic solution that was on brand and scalable to the size of our audiences, an opening session that was overwhelmingly impressive. Then to add to the experience, Kevin made a music video for the Sales Kick Off meeting. It completely exceeded my expectations. It was on message, totally relevant and very current. I’m also impressed that the RedHawt technical team is made up of two outstanding women, Lucy and Diana. They made the set look spectacular. I’m glad we get to work together. Can’t wait to work with them again this spring!
