We had a client who wanted a special kind of seating. Everyone told him that it couldn’t fit, but Heather, being customer centric like she is, mocked up a floorpan with construction paper and glue to give to the draftsman. The CAD artist used the analogue paper to build a digital floor plan that proved that we could give the customer what he wanted. That’s how RedHawt works. The answer is always yes, unless there’s a compelling reason for the no. As a planner, I appreciate that. I want to keep my clients happy and she helps me do that. She’s willing to step outside the traditional producer role, acting as a show caller or a swag bag stuffer. She and her team are a valuable asset to any event and I’m happy to call her a colleague and friend.
