IRIS, a prominent UK-based software company, sought to make a significant impact with their third annual User Conference in the U.S. market. They turned to RedHawt Creative to help them work through some special challenges to create a truly memorable and engaging experience.
The Challenge:
IRIS needed to efficiently manage room allocation to accommodate hosting their User Conference and their Sales Kick Off meeting back-to-back. This required flexible set designs and room configurations to ensure that both events felt appropriately scaled and impactful.

Room Design: To maximize venue and travel spend, we began in the full ballroom for the User Conference. We then removed the air wall, struck 2/3rds of the set, and prepped for the Sales Kick Off meeting in a smaller area. Our room design ensured a grand atmosphere for the User Conference while maintaining an intimate setting for the Sales Kick Off.
Opening Experience: We created a breathtaking opening experience with a performance by a spoken word artist, who rhythmically conveyed the audience's challenges and how IRIS could help them thrive. This was paired with a choreographed video overlay that mapped over the entire set, complementing the live actor's delivery. The Global CEO praised this innovative approach, sharing it with her Board.
Keynote Speaker: RedHawt delivered a doubly powerful presenter: a keynote speaker who performed a hypnotist routine the first day, with shared lessons on mindset shifts for achieving goals on the day two. Both presentations kept attendees “spellbound”! (Sorry…)
Event Highlights: The User Conference concluded with an adrenalized candids reel, showcasing event highlights set to high-energy music. For the Sales Kick Off, we provided a professional awards emcee who engaged the audience with games and trivia, then delivered a keynote the following day to align the salesforce's vision and focus.
Results:
RedHawt Creative successfully crafted a cohesive and impactful event experience for IRIS, managing intricate details, overcoming logistical challenges, and creating memorable moments that created lasting connections.
